The dance does not exclude any age shape or size it is just the chance to get in touch with the performer in you and get fit at the same time.

This site will contain information about the dance, background to Ann Hall who set up Medway Middle Eastern. Where we meet, current news, forthcoming events, and a photo gallery.

Our group name is 'Medina' and we are available to dance at fetes, residential and nursing homes, fund raising events and special occaisions.

Ann is available to both teach, perform and give talks and lectures to groups of all ages and sexes. She is in great demand for Active Retirment, WI, Sheltered Accomodation, Schools and many other local groups
